Found that he needed a part and drove all over Santa Clara valley until he found a replacement part and came back to finish the job. The job took most of the day and into the evening.

It went well. They troubleshoot an electrical issue that I was having. My lights were flickering which was something new, I didn't look like and I haven't come out to troubleshoot why that was. They were able to find the issue which was great, they came out the same day which was great. They were friendly and pretty much took care of everything for me. The price was a little expensive for me, that was the only thing I didn't like.

I called AAA Electrical on a Saturday as I had lost power to my refrigerator, stove, and master bedroom. Willis said he could come out. He told me over the phone the minimum/maximum he would charge. While he was a little late due to a previous call, he apologized and went immediately to work. He fixed the bedroom power in about five minutes. He determined that the refrigerator had shorted out and was on the same circuit as the stove which it should not have been. He was able to get the power back on, rewired the bad connection, and installed a GFI receptacle. He certainly knew what he was doing. He was professional, expedient, friendly and gave me a 10 percent disccount for being an Angie's list member. I would definitely use his services again and highly recommend him.

Willis was awesome! He added an extra outlet in the bathroom. He was efficient, thoughtful. Good job cleaning up, too.

It went very well. I was especially pleased that Mr. T*** kept me informed of the progress and any estimate revisions all throughout. The work was satisfactorily completed and there were no unpleasant surprised. Highly recommended.

They are cheerful and professional. They came when they said they would, too. They have moved an electrical outlet and added wiring for, and installing, new wall sconces.

I found AAA Electric on Angie's List. The gentleman that came out was very nice and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and prompt. The price was very reasonable. He installed electrical circuits at my home.

We have used Willis before in our home and knew he was the right choice for our remodelled rental home. He came in to perform as much prep work as possible just before the old kitchen cabinets were removed. Once cabinets were removed he was able to finish the work in just over a day - working around the cabinet installers. While under the house in the crawl space he discovered heating duct problems and just went ahead and fixed them for us. And since we were going to run a refrigerator water supply line across the kitchen he drilled an extra hole for the water and even left a tarp on the ground to work on -- and directions for the easiest route to follow in the crawl space. Due to previous circuit routing deficiencies, he had to do a lot of extra work to bring things up to code. Throughout the job he was a joy to have around, always pleasant and good to talk with. He was able to recommend for us an excellent range hood manufacturer and good local supplier (who we purchased the hood from).

Very pleasant, quick response to initial call. Complete estimate. Repairs took longer than scheduled which upset my schedule. Very good about cleaning up.

I won't use another electrician since I have met Willis of AAA Electric. He is personable as well as being exacting; he makes sure everything is perfect, and cleaned up after everything. Frank, his assistant, is excellent also. I haven't had much experience with the price of electricians so I can't judge very well, but for me, the price was right to get a perfect job.

Willis was personable, efficient, clean and on time. My job was tricky, requiring him to fish around in the wall to move a wire. I was really impressed and will definitely hire him again.

It was really easy to have them come out. I called them the night before and they came out the next day. They did a full day’s work.

Willis was excellent. The pricing was competitive, he is responsive and thorough. His coworkers are fast, efficient and clean. They did a great job and I highly recommend them.

The job went very well. I found AAA in Angie's list, called them Friday the 21st. Will answered, I described the items I needed, he advised he would be in the area the next day and we agreed to meet at 12:30 Saturday. Unfortunatey they were 45 minutes late, which was not the greatest way to start, but once they were here, the work completed was excellent. The bathroom ceiling fan turned out to be only a slipped spring and Will cleaned out the space, repositioned the spring, and replaced the covering -- no charge. They were able to use a subpanel in the garage to make the connection for the new outlet, and the new installation is very neat/efficient.

Willis was very clean thorough and helpful. Both he and his partner were very approachable and polite and easy to work with. When a presumably quick and easy job became difficult and far more complicated than expected, he stuck with it, did the job properly, did not cut corners and stuck to his estimate - very impressive. He worked late into the evening to finish the job and left the house as clean as when he started. They were both very easy to work with and will definitely call on them again.

Everything was great. They were very accommodating in making sure that I had something that worked, even though they didn't have the right parts yet.

Willis and his partner came out on a Saturday evening to get our furnace running, and potentially saved us from a serious fire risk. They were courteous, fast, and professional and left the work site cleaner and in better shape than the found it. Would definitely use again.

They cut a hole in the ceiling because there wasn’t access to the ceiling, put in a vent in the bathroom and put it up on the roof. They were very good in coming out, giving us an estimate and telling us what work they were going to do. They were professional and responsive. They did a good job, and we were very happy with the result.

They were very accommodating to our special needs and performed a professional and clean job. They addressed all our questions and concerns and finished the job on time.

We will defiantly have them back to upgrade a few other things very soon. THNAKS!
