General Remodeling
I have had work done at my home by Alan Azzarello for the last 14 years, from small projects up to a full kitchen remodel.
He has done significant earthquake retrofitting (shear wall reinforcement, additional tie downs and anchor bolts); replaced windows; created a new storage room with electrical from an area in the crawl space; replaced worn-out/ damaged siding on our two-story house; remodeled a fireplace; laid tile in the laundry room; reinforced leaning wood fencing; and built retaining walls.
He is a pleasure to work with. He cares about the quality of the work, he's a thoughtful adviser about what does and doesn't need to be done, he's reliable -- and he leaves the work site in good shape at the end of each day, so your home remains livable while the work is going on!
The people he hires have always been people that I have felt comfortable having in my home. The subcontractors he uses have all been equally reliable and conscientious.
I have recommended him to many friends and neighbors, and he has done good work there as well.
I give him my highest recommendation.
