They came out and give us an estimate for a fence that had blown down earlier this year. Overall I am happy, because it seems to be fairly good quality. But they kept not showing up when they were supposed to, and it took a very long time to finish. They did some work for my neighbor at the same time, and my neighbor has had some problems with both the quality and follow-up to fix the problems. I also had trouble regarding payment. I was told I could use my credit card, and then when it was time to pay I was told I could not, as their phone connection to the credit card service was not working. They did not even try to do it manually. I asked if I could be billed but they wanted payment immediately. I did not think this was a very nice thing for them to do, as I was on disability at the time.
