They did stay slightly beyond their allotted time and they did put in effort while they were there.

Valid for homes up to 3,500 square feet; service provider will take as much time as is required to complete all cleaning items (remember the 3 hour limit???); larger homes can be cleaned for an additional $25.00 per hour
Kitchen cleaning includes: cleaning all cabinets and appliances; moving your small appliances and other items and cleaning the counter area; cleaning the tops of all items and replacing them; scouring your sink and sweeping or thoroughly mopping your floor ( No appliances were cleaned, but the rest was done).
Bathroom cleaning includes: cleaning showers, tubs, toilet, and sinks; cleaning and disinfecting all fixtures and treating any mildew; cleaning your mirrors and the shower door tracks; moving most vanity items and cleaning your counter areas; cleaning the tops of vanity items and replacing them; cleaning your bathroom cabinets and floors. (T hey did fine on the bathrooms).
General cleaning includes: changing the linens and making the beds; cleaning wall decorations, picture frames, light switches, doors, and door trim; dusting, cleaning, and/or polishing all furniture and all decorative items; sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floors ( They didn't change the linens or polish any furniture, but they did make the beds).
Deep cleaning services include: cleaning the blinds, base boards, window sills, ceiling fans, and other high dusting. (I guess this was done, hard to tell).
So overall, it was a decent job on a shoestring budget. They did arrange the appointment quickly and generally showed up close to the appointment time. The people did work hard when they were there, given the constraints of how much time they were allotted to clean.
We rescheduled for today (10/27) for 2:00pm. At 2:35 no one had showed up or called me. I emailed and called a little later and left a message--the recording says "we are on another line" but when the manager called me back at 3:40pm she said she had been out of the office. So if my cleaners had tried to call the office to say they were going to be late no one would have been there to take a message--cleaners probably need to be given client's phone numbers to call or text if they are held up by traffic, etc.
Around 2:45 or so my cleaners Irma and Maria, showed up. They were very nice and did a good job--they are clearly hard workers and although my husband and I both work at home, making it a bit more difficult for them, everything looks good. They were also very careful not to let my indoor cats out--hugely important to me as we live on a busy street.
I cleaned houses for a few months when I first got out of college so I know that it's hard work, and I also know how much energy it takes to make the effort that distinguishes between an OK job and a job well-done--such as making sure to vacuum/dust the baseboards. My floors look great, but my baseboards did not get dusted (something I specifically mentioned at the time of purchase--although the miles of bookcase shelves did. On the plus side, my stove is gleaming and the bathroom looks great. I'd be happy to have Irma and Maria clean my house again but I would probably put in a little more supervision.
I have an appointment for the second cleaning from this service the Monday before Thanksgiving; I will update this review at that time.
Overall--a good experience once they got here.
The cleaning team was prompt to the job site and finished a bit early even. We checked the work after, and they did a really good job, cleaning everything including the appliances.
Overall we were happy with them and would recommend them.

Some obvious defects:
- 1 shower completely uncleaned
- Cabinets just wiped around edged. Obvious that a ton of dust was in the middle of every shelf
- Didn't clean out several drawers
- windows had streaks.
They also would leave large parts of my home uncleaned, the only time I saw them give my house a good cleaning was the few times I stayed home and baby sat them while they cleaned. Eventually I had to ask for my key back because I felt unsafe with new people entering my house every few weeks, however I asked them to please come back in two weeks and I would let them in. I haven't heard from them since.
I am somewhat disappointed that they would not clean the rug area as well; I *almost* looked around for another company, but decided to let them do the work; so I'll still need to find someone else to do part of the house-cleaning. I don't know if this limitation is standard in the business or not; either way, I would have been much more satisfied if they had been willing to do the complete house-cleaning job, especially since I have to take time off work to meet people, each time I need another job done.
So, overall, I would say they did a very good job, but I still feel that the overall job of "cleaning the house" was only partly done.
The owner Sherry is great she very detailed and asks questions when giving you an estimate, odd though thy don't come out and see your house, it's done over the phone. I was kinda skeptical at first but took a chance boy was happy I did their great service and great cleaning.
I scored and got Jose and Consuelo to do my house cleaning, I adore them their through and very detailed, my house smells so clean and fresh after their done... But most it's really clean. They give you a reminder call they day before which is great for us busy people.
Most of all the company and it's worker strive to make you happy!!!!! I am stilling using them, don't see a need to look as I found the best!!!! I would highly recommend them to all!!!
