Reinhard looked at our equipment and said it needed some work, but not a full replacement and gave us a bid for an excellent price on the work.

They were absolutely superior! The only thing that went wrong was they left a pair of pliers there. There were 3 guys that worked in one day and they were just superior.

Very good experience with them. It has been superb. It was so reasonable it was unbelievable. We have a big house so it wasn't an easy stock house bid. It's a house with almost 7000 feet. They did a great job.

A&H found that the problem was a spider blocking a tube and only charged me $120 for service visit plus his time. A & H is honest and knowledgeable.

Great, very thorough. Took care of permit and completed the work on time.

We had called three companies,  for bid to replace the furnace @ my very close friend's house in Los Gatos Ca.
Two provided bids for Colman, Lennox & American standard.  The rep from A & H service co. checked the thermostat, & the ignitor 
unit, & stated the ignitor is finished on this furnace, I can replace it for $ 200.00, & $ 80.00 labor,  tomorow morning  since you
house is already cold & you are using a  stand alone electric heater in the bedroom. You have our warranty for 12 months, but it
usually lasts longer, or you can just replace it now.  My friend Mrs Blandford lives alone & had not heat over the weekend other than
the two  stand alone heaters.
Two other companies are listed in Angies list  & we would have no problem purchasing new units  from either very reputable
companies. The third & the one we used was recommended by a friend, Not listed in the booklet,  but our experience says they

It was done so efficiently. They worked around our schedule. The work was done on time and we were able to add the new ducts with no interruptions at all.

Service person was very professional and quickly determined that the heater was operating correctly and was not over heating.

Excellent!! That's all folks. Also completed HERS inspection and obtained permit for me.  As bonus replaced and installed smoke/fire detectors and the Co units.

Dale and crew also installed new furnace and A/C at our home in Los Gatos in

1993. Excellent then as well.

Very professional.  Took care of city permit.   My brother who is a retired engineer interviewed three companies and found that A&H was the best re price, knowledge, and satisfaction.  Workers were prompt and did complete clean-up.

It turned out okay. It took them 2 days to get the job done, but they had to come back  and fix a couple things because we didn't pass inspection. They came out again because we thought the unit wasn't working, but it ended up being too small for our home- even though they were the ones that sold us the unit.

We had two technician visit and the second visit fixed the problem. it was a tricky problem and the first round we replaced the thermometer, which turned out not the real problem. The second visit fixed the issue. Very satisfied. Thank you!

They were extremely professional, courteous and cleaned up their site everyday. They finished the job when they were supposed to.

Their service was really good.  They were prompt and upfront about costs.

I was pleased with the whole experience.  I found A&H on Yelp and it had very good reviews (as did the other providers I got estimates from).  Dale (owner) called me back the same day and we discussed what I was looking to do for 10-15 minutes on the phone and was very gracious in answering my questions.
He came by to provide an estimate and he spent a good 30 minutes jotting down notes, looking at my ductwork in the attic as well as some of the options for relocating the furnace.  He said he would send me an estimate later that day and sure enough later that evening he sent me a scanned copy of the work proposal as well as various price options based on furnace models, etc.
After getting a few different estimates from other providers (total estimates were similar from each of the providers), I went with A&H and the guys came by the following week to install everything.  
The work went very well, and ended up being trickier than expected due to a very challenging duct installation to the great room, which was an addition to the house ~30 years ago.  Some how the guys were able to find a way to run the duct from my attic, and through a wonky "closed off space" between the original home construction and the addition to the house.  This duct took a lot longer than expected, but the guys were able to get it done (which one provider said he could not do), and then put in the new furnace and now my house is toasty warm without the load roar that I used to endured from the old furnace.
