the whole house was supposed to have the foundation fixed (so we paid 50,000 for ONE wall that still was not leveled)
only one wall was attempted to be raised but it wasn't leveled
The work was not done timely or correctly.
A/G put in stable piers and the house was built for adjustable jacks.
Now, the house is in worse shape than it was before we started because the house cannot move with the season changes.
A/G also stated they could do heating and cooling work and under the house the vents have been taped up and essentially I
am heating the underneath of the house. That needs to be redone as well.
A/G will say they can do anything but they cannot do foundation work or HVAC work.

I'm very happy with them. They have very good responsiveness. They kind of prepare you for the inevitable changes so you're not surprised when they happen. Gary is the guy that we work with and he makes very intelligent suggestions so we don't make mistakes on choosing materials or design layouts and design ideas.

They are excellent. They communicated well and I always knew what was going on. If they ran into problems, they would let me know. I felt that I received much more than what I asked for. They are very knowledgable and they make you feel comfortable. I have even recommended them to my brother.

Would I recommend Gary and his team? ABSOLUTELY! In fact, I am having them come back to do some work in my sewing room. They were professional, polite, clean, trustworthy and very good at what they do

It was the worst experience of my life. I wasn’t a member of Angie’s List yet so I didn’t know about them. I was not happy because they told me it would take about 3 weeks and I decided I would give them 6 weeks but it took them 3 months. They did not show up on a regular basis and the work was generally acceptable but there are a lot of little mistakes in it. They did not perform certain pieces of the work that I was very specific that I wanted done. For example, I wanted an area to be mirrored. Also, the mirror over the sink is too short so there is a big gap between the top of the mirror and the ceiling. The workers were competent but not well supervised. They had limited English skills and the contractor was very hard to reach. The only time the contractor came out to the job was when he wanted to pick up a check. I could have spent a lot more on this remodeling project but I didn’t. I didn’t get top of the market performance.
