A ABLE SEPTIC TANK

Able and project manager "Chaz" were on time each day, polite, respectful, and incredibly clean and tidy despite the fact they were removing a septic tank and hooking home up to the city sewer that had never been connected.  The crew seemed to flux from 4 to 8 depending on the task and tools required.  Chaz took the time to cleanly remove a rose tree that was directly over the city sewer connection, setting it in a pot during the project, then replanting it in exactly the same location for my wife.  Although this was not part of the contract, it reflects the care he and the crew took in everything from attempting to remove bricks over the septic tank whole and stacking them in a tidy manner.  Able handled all the permits and inspections.  Knowing we are installing a deck over the old septic tank, they made sure that rainwater would drain away from the house.  The crew cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day.  There was virtually no disruption to household use of the plumbing as the disconnect from the septic and hook up to the sewer was only a few hours, despite this being a three day job.  Despite the backhoe, suction tank, jackhammers, compactor, and manpower to tear down and haul out the cement disruption was minimal and the site looks as good after the job as before the job.

Arrived on time and did the work as described above. The leak was on a line where an old water softener once was. Once that was completed, he laid down plastic from the entry to the bathroom in order to keep the hardwood floor clean. And then, he went into the bathroom and successfully cleaned out the bathtub drain. The flow was much improved.

They were very patient. Abe came out and explained the process and provided a fair estimate. They showed up on time and the multiple teams coordinated to make everything go smoothly from my end.

The guys working were good. PGand E failed to mark an underground cable which got clipped. Able made all arrangements with PGand E to fix that cable and then came back to finish the job the next day. They charged me for the hours of lost labor due to the clipped PGand E line but then helped me file a claim with PGand E for that amount. PGE did refund me that full amount since it was oversight on their part when marking all underground cables.
