Very well. Paul was great; he called me just ahead of the time we were to meet, showed up on time and was able to fix the problem. It took quite a bit of effort; he tried a number of techniques before resorting to drilling it out. He said the barrel was stuck in the worst position. I had him change the locks on the side door while he was there (the keys to those were lost long ago).

Excellent, when I called Paul was very attentive to my need. He gave me a very specific quote as soon as I sent him the picture of the lock. He not only fixed the problem by coming on time that he quoted but left us completely satisfied by his attention to our needs (ensuring that the lock was smooth and gave us 4 extra keys)

Paul was excellent. He explained the basis of the cost estimates on the phone, and he was responsive to text with follow up questions and confirmed the date and time. He was able to come out the same day that I called him. He was 20 mins early (he always shows up early, he says). He was very professional with a proper handshake when I met with him. He was excellent in providing his recommendation of which lock to re-key to. He was super courteous in that he noticed that I took off my shoes when I cross the carpeted area, and he did so as well, without my asking him to. He was very fast and explained what he would be doing. When he was done, he had me inspect the keys myself and also try all the keys and locks to make sure I knew they were all working. He accepted credit card (without charging a different amount for credit card like other vendors I've worked with) and payment was super fast and easy. I would highly recommend him to others.

Paul was right on time. He actually called 45 minute prior to appointment to reconfirm.
Extremely professional and knows his stuff. Got the lock and door handle replaced in less than 30 minutes.
While working he observed that door was slightly tilting on one side so he fixed that as well.
Cleaned up using his vacuum cleaner after the job was done. Also made us 3 extra keys at no additional cost.
Would recommend and hire Paul anytime.

Paul was very polite on the phone. He scheduled an appointment for 5 PM. At around 4 PM he called and asked if he could come early. He was at my home by 4:15 PM. Within a half hour the work was finished. Great job Paul!

Paul came out on short notice and replaced the cores in 6 locks. Plus he advised and fixed an interior door lock without charge. I called him on a Sunday and was thrilled when he said he could meet me in 30 minutes. He was very conscious of taking off his shoes before entering the house. Fast and speedy, a true professional.

We called Paul Nguyen's service about 8am on 8/12/2015 and he said he could come about 3pm, which was acceptable. He called back about 930am to say he could come that morning, and he showed up about a half-hour later. Great! Somebody who not only comes earlier than promised but also calls first! Can't beat that! He did the work promptly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend his service to anyone in the San Jose area needing locksmith help.

I accidently closed a locked door and left my keys inside. I called and spoke with Paul, he provided a quote but said he would was on another job and would not be able to arrive until 7 or 8 p.m. in the evening. Since he wouldn't be available until evening, I asked what the charge would be and what would the charge be if he had to drill the lock. Paul said his cost would not change. He was punctual and had the door opened within about 5 minutes, without having to drill the lock. In addition to opening the door without having to drill the lock, he was able to make extra keys for me. Paul was prompt, straightforward and honest. I would definitely recommend A-Able Locksmiths.
