Furniture Cleaning
John Day not only worked it in to help me on a Sunday, but he even gave me a better price because I was able to bring the cushion to him. He turned the job around in just a few hours. I'm sure he doesn't usually work on Sunday, but the fact that he went that extra mile to help me with my emergency guarantees he will get all my regular business in the future. The cushion was cleaned perfectly, completely dry and even passed the sniff test.

Carpet Cleaning
They did a good job but they did not spot clean. The spots were still there, but it was our fault for not calling to have them come back out to fix the spots. They use organic chemicals.

THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN THE MOST EFFICIENT AND THOROUGH CARPET CLEANING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. THEY ARE PUNCTUAL, FRIENDLY, COURTEOUS, AND RESPECTFUL OF MY FURNITURE AND MY HOME. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN NEXT YEAR.
