The owner is Javier Chavez. All the neighbors stop by and are in awe of the fence. It is a beautiful thing. It took two weeks to make in the shop and almost a week to put up in the front yard. He is a wonderful person as well as his staff and everybody. They are beautiful people. He also specialized in spiral staircases. He is a little on the high side but he does custom work which I don't think you can put a price on. He is a real stickler and makes sure everything is done right.
