Repair was expensive but I found the technical explanation of why they had to replace several fried components quite convincing, their manner professional, their diagnostic logic exactly how this techie would have proceeded, and their huge markup on the replacement parts seemed consistent with industry norms. If there's a pattern like this in reviews I'd steer away from them, but I'm inclined to believe I just had a freak failure - arcing in a/c contactor burnt thru to 24v control circuit & took out both control boards

Fantastic experience, Silvia and her brother came to quote a furnace replacement as well as all ducts. The work was perfect, they were very professional punctual and very knowledgeable. Super happy to have found this company.

They gave me tips on how to do take care of the AC year round. Excellent experience. They were polite, had a really quick turnaround for the quote, and arrived on time for the job itself. They communicated everything and offered alternatives (specifically that the model they initially offered was 6 weeks out due to manufacturer issues, but they had an equivalent model they could install), and finished the install in one day. Very clean, other than the new unit you couldn't even tell anyone had been in there. Overall very good, would definitely recommend and hire them again.
