They are terrible. They had 20 trucks come and the first two groups of people were great, the second group of people that came was terrible. Both my knees popped out of socket and I since had to pay a lot in chiropractic fees and I'm on disability. They were not professional; they are not helpful.

These guys were fantastic.  We had been scouting them on the web and called them for same day service when we decided to replace our couch.  They came exactly when they said they would and the visit proceeded exactly as the website said.  The clean up after themselves and gave a price after a survey of the size of our pile.  Using the estimates on the website we had a pretty good idea as to what the cost would be (goes by volume).   But it was nice to know a more exact figure before proceeding.
Perhaps the only thing to consider is that this service is not really meant to pick up "a few items."  In our case it was a bunch of stuff left over from a move that we could not donate.  It would have been a chore to move it ourselves (especially the couch) and it was taking up a large portion of a backyard porch so the service was perfect for our situation.  We had old electronics, broken chairs, light bulbs and lots of glassware so it was very convenient to drop odd with them.
The service was definitely worth it and we will use again when our next round of  filtering is done.

They were very professional. They were on time. Before they got started they went over some of the details of how much garbage we may have and how much we may incur based on some of the concrete blocks and the different price point if it's a lot of wait, so they told me that I could incur that depending on how much concrete blocks we have. So, I did end up incurring that because of the type of things that I had in the backyard. So, they cleared out my entire backyard. I was pretty much hands free. I just told them what needed to get picked up and removed and they took care of it all.

This went very well. Scheduled service online. They called a day ahead to confirm, then called the day of service and arrived 20 minutes later. Gave me a rough estimate of the cost range based on how full it would fill their truck. I had all the junk stacked and ready to go, so it only took them about 10-15 minutes to load. Swept up the yard and driveway after they finished. Price was at the low end of their estimate.

They were excellent. They were able to take a lot of the stuff to recycling places, that's why I used them. An entire full load cost $600, but they had a huge dump truck, it was gigantic. What stood out to me was their professionalism and compassion with my mom, because she is 90 years old and my dad had passed so she was closing her house down. They were very, very kind to my mom. They were completely professional and had a good truck. Besides the professional piece, there was the personal piece that was an added value.

Very professional. They do all the moving. Way easier than renting a debris box.

I used 1-800-GOT-JUNK to remove a pile of old boxes and other junk from my garage. The pile was not terribly big, but it was bulky, and because I was moving I had run out of time to take the stuff to the dump myself. They were able to give me an appointment on the date and time of my choosing, which was great. The haulers arrived right on time, they were dressed in clean and professional looking uniforms, and they quickly gave me an estimate that, while more than I would like to have spent, was fair when compared with others performing similar services. They got right to work and were done in no time. And they even swept the garage after they were done! Throughout the process they were friendly, professional, and efficient. I would definitely hire them again.

The men worked quickly and efficiently. The garage was clear of junk at the end!

I had a very pleasant experience w/ Junk King. Chris was very professional, in uniform and brought 3 people. He gave me a bid I thought was a bit high and he was able to work w/ me. He did the work (removed dirt and debris) ON THE SPOT. Very nice and reliable. I will call them again.

I don't have a truck, so I use them to take things to the dump. The guys that they send out are super nice kids. You don't want like weirdos showing up here, so it is kind of nice that they have these really clean type kids. They look like college guys who are making some extra money. They are great. They show up and are super nice to talk to. They call you ahead of time and let you know when they are going to be there and give you a two-hour window. They tell you how much it is going to be before they even do anything, so you can make a choice on what you want them to do. They even sweep up the area once they have everything cleaned up. They make sure that they haven't missed anything or if there is anything else and whether you have any questions, and then they leave.

They are very good. They were prompt, efficient, and took it away. They did the job we needed, I'm not sure if anyone else wanted to play with cactus. I couldn't compare prices, but, they hauled away a lot of stuff. I give them high ratings and will use them again in the future if needed.

Fast, well groomed, willing to climb tall ladders to get lumber, and haul huge massage chairs out the front door. They even looked like they were enjoying this! All for no extra money; they even charged lower than the estimate given me over the phone... To heck with that; I gave the movers a good tip. D***, you guys were good! I'm remodeling, and I'm definitely using them again.

They are amazing. They show up on time, jump out of their truck and haul the junk away. They took away mattresses, bed frames, sofas, bags of trash, boxes, curtains, lamps and yard furniture and they were upfront about all the charges. The thing we like about them is that they will recycle anything they can and they are very professional.

The two young men who came to do the work came as promised. They were polite and neat, ready for whatever the job might be. They worked quickly and efficiently in the removal. One of the consoles was up two flights of stairs and quite heavy, but I never heard a word of complaint. They were professional and worked very quietly. I was surprised when they told me the work was done.

They were a little late, but they did the work quickly. They also broke down a lot of the debris so it would fit better in the truck.

The schedulers were very polite but didn't follow through to ensure what they were promising was delivered. Oh well.

IT STARTED OUT FINE. THEY QUOTED US $195. THEY BACKED THEIR TRUCK RIGHT UP TO THE JUNK, THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO GO ANYWHERE. ONE OF THE GARBAGE CANS FELL OVER AND SPILLED ON THEM. IT SEEMED AFTER THAT, THEY WEREN'T HAPPY ANYMORE. THEY CAME TO ME AFTERWARDS AND SAID IT WAS $225. I COMPLAINED, AND THEY DIDN'T CARE. I CALL THE 1800 NUMBER AND TOLD THEM I WAS DISSATISFIED, AND THEY DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE, EITHER. I HAD USED THEM ONCE BEFORE AND WAS VERY HAPPY. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN, AND WON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

COUCH TOO WIDE TO GO OUT HALL. HAD TO LIFT OVER FENCE. ONLY CHARGED FOR PORTION OF TRUCK THAT TRASH TOOK. THEY WILL TAKE ALMOST ANYTHING SO IT DOESN'T HURT TO CALL. THEY WERE ALSO ABLE TO COME QUICKLY.
