Manuel Munoz Roofing

Terrible--see initial review--with the first rain--roof was again leaking!!! After paying to have it repaired(and not satisfactorily)--we had to place a tarp over it for the entire rainy season. Ridiculous. Buyer beware!!!!

Arrived promptly for both the estimate and the actual day of the work. Did not fully assess the water damage to the wood patio roof which was clearly visible--ended up making  a patch work job with 2 pieces of wood nailed to the roof beam, and putty to the corner edges of the roof which were slightly rotten, and the 2nd beam which had about 6 inches of wood rot.  This rotten wood could be peeled out with my finger.  I believe he was overpriced for the work he actually did--not much wood was actually replaced.  I hired Manuel based on all the good reviews he had rec'd.  I would not recommend him for any work .  I am not satisfied with the work he did for the price I paid.  I think my dad or my husband could have done just as good a job for way less.  While he was very professional in dealing with my concerns regarding the rotten wood which was not immediately repaired, I would discourage you from using him for any repair work.  I should not have had to follow behind him and point out clearly visible wood rotten wood when the project was nearly completed. Very disheartening.
