WE HAD TO CALL THEM BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES BECAUSE THERE WERE SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE DOOR. WHEN MY WIFE EXPLAINED IT, THEY DOUBTED IT, BUT WHEN I CALLED THEY BELIEVED WHAT I WAS SAYING. WHEN THEY DID BELIEVE IT, THEY CAME TO FIX IT AND WE HAVEN'T HAD A PROBLEM SINCE.
