 + -1 moreUnfortunately we had this management company for approximately 6 years. All of their service crew they hired were substandard as were their management of this building. Responsiveness to any emergency or simple request was never handled in a timely fashion. If our property manager was out sick or vacation, no one took over and were left to wait for her return to work. Even contacting the owner was met with no response. Fortunately for a new HOA board, they were quickly terminated. In turning over the files to the new management company, the files were thrown into a box to be sorted out which took at least a month and even after that was done, information on the building were missing. They were extremely unprofessional. So looking for a management company? Buyer beware!!!!
