It was OK, except I was told not to worry about my big screen TV, "Ah, that's nothing" I was told. Although everything was moved Ok, it turns out I had to worry. I am waiting for a response to my complaint.

"Pasadena Moving and Storage move Member on Dec. 4th, 2012, in which turned out to be an unfortunate situation for both parties. Member was moved in a professional manner; the same manner in which we move all of our customers, the same manner that has awarded us an A rating on Angie’s List. The A rating has been the only rating we have had on Angie’s List. A list we have been a part of for many years without any complaints. Member claims his 4 year old television will not turn on. He request it be replaced with a new $1,100 television. According to the California Public Utilities Commission, “the carrier is not liable in a claim for loss or damage to mechanical or electrical derangement of electronic components or appliances, if there is no sign of exterior damage”. The movers relocated the television with great care and no physical damage, thus the claim has been denied. We explained this with a letter following the claims form we sent out. The is normal procedure in this situation. I believe Member is being completely unreasonable by not accepting and understanding the decision. Berating my company’s performance as an unruly customer on this website, as well as others, in unappreciated. After all, we don’t even know if the television worked before we engaged into the move. My move was relatively small (2 men and a 14-foot truck) and covered 3-4 miles, from Altadena to Pasadena. The movers, Juan and Melvin, arrived right on time and were friendly and professional. They worked hard and constantly from 9 am till around 2:30 pm, taking no breaks. They were proficient movers and packers and didn't damage a thing. They were also patient when I changed my mind on the location of some furniture in my new place. I highly recommend this company.

We had used Pasadena Moving and Storage two previous times and each experience has been pleasant and very professional. They arrive on time, work steadily, and will do whatever you request concerning the move. They were well worth the cost of hiring a moving company.

I chose them because they were kind of local. I called them and they said they did local moves. They were very professional. There were two guys that came out and they were on time. They got right to work and they were done in four hours. There were no damages and everything came through in great condition. I was so pleased that I tipped them. That is how pleased I was. I would recommend them to my friends.

THIS COMPANY WAS EFFICIENT AND COURTEOUS. THEY MOVED THINGS QUICKLY AND HAD NO ACCIDENTS. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND GOT MY FURNITURE TO THE NEW PLACE AHEAD OF ME.
