THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND QUICKLY INSTALLED THE SOFTENER IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. OUR NEW DRINKING WATER IS GREAT AND ACCORDING TO THEM, IT NOW HAS MORE MINERALS WHICH IS HEALTHIER FOR OUR FAMILY.
