Appliance Repair
After replacing the part, the gas valve no longer has an "off" stopping point, it just keeps turning, so you can't tell if the gas is turned off. The door is also sticking now. The young man also said he would send a new knob for the stove, but has not. I called and he seemed irked that I was complaining, but I'm concerned because I paid to have the stove repaired for my son and they have two small children, so not knowing if the gas is running or not is a problem. I also learned that Lloyd's has been operating without a license since January of 2008, and they haven't registered or updated their new address.

THE EMPLOYEE THAT WORKED ON MY WASHER ARRIVED ON TIME, AND WORKED QUICKLY, QUIETLY AND CLEANLY. HE DID THE JOB THAT WAS CONTRACTED TO DO WITHOUT ATTEMPTING TO SELL OTHER SERVICES.
