They are very thorough. They get you in the same day when they can. They just do a really good job. I've went to them for a very long time. You can get ahold of them off hours which is great.

The experience went well. It is friendly service. They are good, reliable and clean.

I was professionally greeted. I was called in within 10 minutes of my appointment time. The nurse came in promptly and performed blood pressure, temperature, etc. The doctor came in promptly. He was able to obtain all my medical history from the computer system, rather than paper files. He performed the physical professionally and with minimum discomfort to me.

We have been going to Dr. Martinez for several months now for my son. He is a great pediatrician. Very friendly, takes time with us, and never makes me feel silly as a new mom with lots of questions - even when I called in the middle of the night with some scary coughing. When we went in the next day, my son had a cold, but was otherwise perfectly healthy and Dr. Martinez was only kind and understanding about how worried I had been the night before. Staff are all friendly, we've never had to wait more than about 10 minutes (we've been there 4 times now). I'm so pleased with our care here.

We saw Dr. Luis Martinez, and he treated us well, asked all the pertinent questions regarding my son's health, and offered suggestions as to what we can do to help with our son's development. Amazingly, my son didn't really fuss as much as he usually does in a 'doctor's office environment'. I do miss his original pediatrician though (probably because we have a more extensive history with him, but Dr. Martinez is a fine pediatrician. I definitely recommend him if you live around the San Gabriel/Alhambra area.

I use them for gynecology and rheumatology as well. I have been using them from 1972 and they are wonderful. The office is good and conveniently located. My insurance covers their services and I will continue to use them in future.

He was pretty straightforward. The care was good and I like that he was straightforward.

They have every physician that you want there for whatever problem you have. For your referrals, all of the specialists are right there. They take the necessary time with you.
