CEMAC Window Covering & Interior

This review is long overdue. Best value in Los Angeles/San Gabriel area. I got many quotes for shutters and Cemac's quote was the best.  They explained in detail all the options such as with/without rail bar, 1/3 split, configurations of panels, louver sizes, etc without rushing. They explained the pros and cons and provided their recommendations without being pushy. Other contractors gave me a quote without even mentioning rail bars, 1/3 splits, panel configurations, etc. I purchased Hunter Douglas Newstyle hybrid shutters. Cemac took about 1 month from order date to install which is one of the quickest, as other contractors quoted 6-8 weeks. Unger, the owner, and Charlene, his wife, speak English but workers speak little English. So if you are a non-Chinese speaker, you may have difficulty communicating with the workers.  Cemac didn't hesitate to fix/re-do, patch up any imperfections, which was very nice. Unger is very responsible and reasonable and will try to resolve any issues if there are any. Installation for four windows took about 5-7 hours, so plan your schedule accordingly.If you can, try to schedule the shutter installation in the morning. They were punctual during the initial consultation. On installation day, 30 minutes passed appointment time and I had to call them, and they arrived 15 minutes later.
