I called for an estimate over the phone and accepted the price and made an appointment for the service. They called early in the morning to verify the time they were coming over. They arrived and quickly set up their equipment to clean the carpet. The engine makes some noise (like a small generator or air compressor) but they were fast so it was not bad. Not only did the old carpet smell good but the whole house smelled great afterwards!.They did a great job, fast, efficient, and friendly. I will be recommending them to all my friends
