house cleaning
 + -1 moreAva was one of five respondents to my "Enterprise for High School Students" ad. I immediately hired her and now highly recommend her. She has been working for me weekly since August 2010, and continues to work for me on a weekly basis. She is a high school senior but has lifelong experience with cleaning, cleaning house for her family since she was 10 and starting actual jobs as a house cleaner at the age of 14. She is respectful, trustworthy, friendly, and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
Description of Work: I own a 3 unit condominium on California St in Pacific Heights. I live in one unit and rent the other two. Ava cleans the common areas(i.e stairwells, garage, lobby), roof deck/hot tub, and my unit. She also cleans the exterior of the condominium, such as raking leaves, washing down the doors and windows, or sweeping the entryway. She can do any of the various house cleaning tasks I have asked for her to perform.

 + -1 moreI first utilized my interior painter of 18 years. He is a wonderful guy, but he is undocumented! As such, a state official gave me a $2000 citation for employing him. My current housekeeper informed me that her father was a painting contractor and co-owner of Zarich painter who I immediately met and gave the specifications to. He followed with an estimate the next day. He accomplished the work 5 days later, much to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Frank Zarich, who may be contacted at 445 Wayland St/(415)846-6961
Description of Work: As an Architect and owner of the property, I supplied the sealer/stain (Architectural Grade) that was applied to the new cedar shakes (3/4 in hand-split kil dried). Frank and his son, Ivan, were extremely courteous, punctual, thorough, and great at protecting the surrounding surfaces as they stained the shakes.
