Bascially, Bob provided the intelligence (wisdom) and skills to make what would've been a week-long disaster if I'd attempted it into a two-hour job. I appreciated that he worked straight through (including a trip to purchase the new heater) rather than disappearing for a day as the norm seems to be. He fit the bill perfectly for a handyman, which is exactly what we needed.

Bob was professional and easy to problem solve with. He offered me the option of painting the shelves myself which will save me money. I am very satisfied with the work done so far and anticipate additional jobs. This handyman can do a lot in one hour!

I thought Bob did a really good job finding a work-around for my mirror installation. The mirror was too big for the beveled area I'd wanted it to be in, so we installed it creatively in another location. My pictures got hung with a minimum of fuss and now my apartment looks great. Bob also gave me some good advice on the caulking in my bathroom, and a bookshelf that's getting bent out of shape from the weight of my books.

When I contacted Bob, he was happy to take care of my projects, set a time, and came out as promised. When one of the keyboard trays did not fit the space appropriately (problem with product, not Bob's service), Bob and I talked about how to resolve the issue. He helped me brainstorm several ideas, and in the end I realized I'd need to send the product back and asked him to install a different tray that we had on hand. He was happy to take care of it to make sure I was satisfied. He uninstalled the first tray, repackaged it for me to return, and installed the other. It worked perfectly! All other installations and work were great. When Bob painted our garage to cover some graffiti, he had a helper. The first time around, I could still see the graffiti through the new paint. As soon as I told Bob about this, he didn't hesitate to have it redone to our satisfaction, at no extra cost. I really appreciated his attention to doing the job right- whatever it took. He has been reliable and thorough, and I think his prices are very reasonable.
