He didn't show up; I waited for him for 2 hours, called him twice and not only did he not call or show up, he failed to return my calls.

MY FURNACE WAS OLD AND OUT DATED AND THEY ADVISED ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE TO FIX IT AND WOULD BE MORE TO FIX THEN TO REPLACE THE FURNACE. THEY ADVISED ME OF THE NEW COST OF THE FURNACE.
