Moving
They were terrible. They promised the world and gave me nothing. They broke an awful lot of things. I insured it, but still they got around it. When we get insurance, they should warn us that it costs a huge amount of money. There's just a deductible that it's not worth claiming the money. They were just lots of things that they promised they would do that they didn’t do. They didn't wrap up my artwork correctly. They stored my supplies for days when they said they wouldn’t do that either. They also have these lateral companies that do the first move picking up the things, and that's not good. I spent $12000 plus $500 for insurance. Their price was too expensive. They were very responsive. I would not use them again in the future.
