 + -1 moreThey keep our money and we have it when we want it. They are extremely professional and friendly. I would recommend them. They do a very good job except on a Friday when I go after work. I would use them in the future.

 + -1 moreWell. Largely due to the young but customer service savvy mortgage person. She allowed interest rate to be lowered when I pointed out that over the time of the process interest rates had gotten lower at Bank of America next door.
Description of Work: Refinanced an existing WF interest only mortgage into a 30 year fixed @ 4.875%

 + -1 moreWells Fargo has made us very happy. They are good to deal with. Things are always done on time. They are accessible if we have questions. We have experienced no problematic difficulties using this mortgage company.
Description of Work: Wells Fargo handled the recent mortgage arrangement on our new 1400 square foot home. We were charged a minimal fee for paperwork and processing when we did our mortgage arrangements. We probably paid under a thousand dollars.
