The work all went great. We easily passed all our inspections and we're very happy with our experience with Walter. The only drawback is that now that he's in the full-time plumber game, he has a lot of service calls that can take him away from his schedule and there were times we had to wait for him to be available. That's the only reason for the 'B' in punctuality, but I think that's the price you pay when you find someone who is great at what they do. Walter is a great guy who will go far beyond what is expected of him. I recommend him highly.

Contractor looked at wood balcony and saw that it was rotted and gave estimate. Came and took off balcony and found more damage in wall. Fixed damaged wood. Hired subcontractor to put in new stucco painted front of building. Installed wrought iron balcony a week later.
