Imagine a contractor who is always on time, and who keeps in touch with you about his work schedule. He never disappears into the ether leaving you wondering when he'll finish the job he started. And he does excellent work, and is creative about solving construction problems.
You are probably thinking that I also believe in unicorns.
Jim Wall is punctual, responsible, easy going and helpful, and on top of this, he does a wonderful job. I didn't think there were many people left with his work ethic; and who expects a contractor to accommodate the customer?
I am so grateful to Jim for the work he did on my property: he came up with an imaginative solution to my storage problems, in addition to retrofitting the very large basement of my soft story 1939 duplex. The inspectors signed off on the retrofit every step of the way, and Jim's quote was extremely competitive. He was always mindful of my budget.
I wouldn't want to work with anyone else. He has integrity in his skill and of character.
