VICTORIA PAINTING & RESTORATION

The initial appearance of the exterior of the home was beautiful.  After a year, the paint started peeling, particularly in sun exposed areas.  As the damage accelerated, we contacted Gerry from Victoria Painting, who returned to paint over the worst of the areas where the paint was chipping off.  18 months after Gerry came back out, even the touched up areas are peeling again.  We spent over $15 thousand on the original job, and five years after the original paint job, we have hired someone new to repaint the 70% of the structure where the paint has peeled off and the wood is exposed.  Don't get me wrong, we liked working with Gerry and appreciated that he came back to try to make things right.  We would have liked it more if his team had done the proper prep work in advance to make the job last.  Our immediately adjacent neighbor had her house painted at the same time and HER Victorian is an advertisement for how a home should look 5 years after.  AVOID VICTORIAN PAINTING!  There are better teams out there to paint your home!

They were excellent. We were so happy. He was great. I can't say enough about him. He was really good. He cleaned up and he did everything. I would give him 5,000 stars circled, underlined with exclamation points all over the place.

I could not be more pleased with the beautiful work Victoria Landing did. The front was five colors, with lots of complicated trim and is perfect. The contractor really listened to what we wanted. The back and two sides were simpler, but still with a lot of ornate moldings and it is lovely. Worth every cent. I highly recommend them.
