Verizon is the monopoly telephone company here. They do not even have a single office here for their so called "Copper Network", they only have sales offices for their cellphone selling which they consider as a separate company. They are the only telephone company here.The service and everything is absolutely terrible. They have overcharges and bad service and the last time it was out for ten days before they got around to repairing it. I don't like their continuous increase in pricing. The individual employees are great, my complaint is against corporate policy and greed but not against the nice technician that comes around where they should have employed ten instead of one. I would continue to use this provider only because I am forced to because it is a monopoly, otherwise, certainly not.
