Unpakt

If I could give a zero rating, I would. Don't trust this agency. They hire terrible moving companies as third parties. We have things that were missing and broken and they took no accountability. They didn't return phone calls or emails. TERRIBLE.

They charge upfront, IN FULL. Then 1 hour before the move, the local mover cancels. UNPAKT customer service is no where to be found. Left us in total crisis mode. Local mover wasn't much help, he suggested a uhaul. Fortunately I found another mover who was available the same day. And the kicker? The last minute mover was nearly half of what unpakt charged. AND when I asked unpakt for a refund, I was told they would look into it. Still waiting for a response to that.

Everything was smooth from start to finish. I'm glad I found this website. This made moving, a dreaded process so much more pleasant than I expected.

I found out about this website from a friend and I'm glad I took her advice. It was very easy to organize and plan my move and I loved that there was always someone available to help me and I paid exactly the price that was listed on the website. Also the movers didn't try to swindle me for more money or anything like that. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
