Tony and Frederick called ahead of the scheduled move, arrived on time, and quickly got to work moving our furniture from the basement into our old garage across the state for temporary storage. They wrapped everything and loaded and unloaded it all with expertise, hooked everything up and made sure it all was where I wanted it. The guys and Aaron went above and beyond and provided the absolute best customer service during an extremely stressful time for me. I am grateful to them for taking that stressful load off of me and allowing me not to worry one bit about the moving process. The team worked fast taking care with our belongings as well as configuring them in the garage so we could fit everything in. Nothing was broken nor scratched.  My wife and I were so impressed we are like walking celebrities. This has just been an outstanding experience and we could not be happier.  For context, my wife and I have moved 7 times in the past 10 years. We know what right looks like and trico long distance movers gets it, highly recommended.

They were more than great, they were about a few minutes late but that's just because of the morning traffic, but when they arrived it was move move move! Within 35 minutes my place felt much emptier already. I had to call my partner and express my disbelief. They cared a whole bunch about our furniture, wrapped stuff that needed more protection, made sure we are comfortable with things, etc. I would say more than what I asked for when I called them over. They were very VERY affordable, for a flat rate of quality moving service with 2 guys, so we hiked up the tips. 2 bedroom apartment full of stuff. It took much longer only and only because of the old elevators at our building. But we confidently believe they could have done much faster than that. Very genuine people, strong (they pick up my dresser full of clothes like lego blocks) I will most definitely use trico long distance movers again for out of state moves that we're planning in the future. They came alot of dollies, the right moving equipment with supplies. and a HUGE truck. This is the kind of business I will not hesitate to support. Another happy customer.

I scheduled my move out in San Francisco on a Monday and was given the AM window. Although they weren't able to explicitly guarantee me a 9AM start time, my contact Alex told me he would try his best to accommodate my schedule. I was so apprehensive that they would be late, but at 8:50AM I received a call telling me that the moving crew was almost at my SF place and ready to move. From that point it was like clockwork!  I was out of SF and into our Florida place within 5 days. The moving crew was super professional and easy to work with.  I was originally really skeptical (I had done 3 moves by myself before because I have trust issues) so I watched them like hawks, but after the first few minutes I realized I didn't have to.  They were just 100% professional, helpful and fast.  I couldn't believe how quickly their job was done and how well they did it.  Thanks to the team! Would refer Trico long distance movers to my friends.

My husband took them around the house and garage and told them what  needed to be moved and what was coming in the car with us and they then just got on with it with very little further input needed from us. We were all packed by about 11am (we were moving out of a 3 bed semi) and they then took the truck and parked up near the house while we did a last bit of cleaning and waited for confirmation of completion. Following day when we arrived at the new house with the keys at about 1:30 they got straight into it and the truck was unpacked by 3:30pm. We were so impressed with their hard work as were my parents who were helping us out for the day. We have unpacked nearly all the boxes now and everything came out as it went in.

I was 6.5 months pregnant when we moved and so this had the potential to be a really stressful day for me, but it went sooo smoothly! (I actually had a midwife appointment halfway through the morning and the midwife was seriously impressed at how low my BP was!). Also big thanks to James in the office who answered my questions before hand and took payment at the end.
