Handyman Service
$825
This guy (Chris Rizo) is a crook. He installed the wall oven, did a lousy job, then ripped me off for a $75 deposit when I hired him to do some customizing of a cabinet that was affected by the wall oven installation. He took off with my $75, the cabinet door and panel. He didn't show up three times to do the work, will not return my phone calls or the money and cabinet parts. In addition, his card shows a contractor license number of 4520973, which was held by another company and expired over 20 years ago. My regular handyman was busy and I had a deadline and found this guy on craigslist. I'm very sorry I hired him. I had to have my electrician check his work (which was not up to par) and my regular handyman will have to complete the job, while inconveniencing my tenant, who is now moved in.
