It went really well and I'm very pleased with the results. Tom was very quick to get me an estimate over a weekend (supplies and labor), confirming floor samples with me the same day. His estimate was better than my previous one and his work came highly recommended by a friend. Once work started, he and his workers got to about 80% floor coverage very quickly, allowing us to move our furniture back into place and minimizing disruption to our schedules while they continued work on the stairs and the finish work in the remaining areas. There was a small delay in getting additional nosing from the supplier (Galleher), but Tom gave regular status updates and had the supplier contact me as well. As soon as the final parts arrived, he sent workers back to finish the job right away.
