Vendor performed a "tune up' without doing actual diagnostics. Returned vacuum cleaner, saying there was nothing wrong with it and any problems that might appear had nothing to do with him. Attitude was "lousy''. After returning home, found vacuum cleaner was not working properly. After some 'investigation" discovered the problem - a pen had been lodged in the mechanism, which we removed. The vacuum then worked properly

Very happy with service. The replacement bags cost more than the tuneup, which was a bargain. I only wish that they'd call me when the job was done, rather than waiting for me to call them. The job probably was done within the estimated time (2 days), but I waited until day 3 to find out. Anyway, that seems like a small gripe.

Explained in detail the re-soling process, gave an accurate estimate. I'm very happy with the quality of the repair... it cost a lot less than a new pair of Ecco shoes.

Shoes look great and the $12 for the women's shoes and $20 for the new heels seemed reasonable. He took a week and seemed quite competent.

The service was efficient (in two days) and very affordable. The owner takes pride in his work and the store is convenient in case I ever have shoe needs again.
