He and his assistant were great. Unlike other handymen he was able to assess the necessary supplies, and to shop for them as well as do the work. We have used most of the other handymen listed in Angi and he is definitely the best.

Tim was the best. I was worried about the damage to the wall may be once they took the screen and speakers down, but he made it look like nothing was ever there. I highly suggest hiring Tim to dismount your TV or home theater. Plus my dog loved him and he has great taste!

A 4 year old repair to our porch was not properly done. The slope on a platform was wrong and water was pooling. The paint was degrading everywhere. Tim and his team came in and did a fantastic job on schedule. He's the first Handyman that I've engaged that has the professionalism of a high-end builder!

Perfectly... from scheduling to completing the work. Tim was able to work out a schedule change I needed due to work travel. He sent a reminder the day before and was on time. He worked quickly and was able to handle all my requests in just a few hours time. He cleaned up any mess and the work done was top notch.

went very well. Tim came in with one of his team members to do an impressive job. The area where he covered up the hole so well covered that I can't even tell where the hole used to be. He was responsive via email and text throughout the entire process leading up to the work. the work took the amount of time he estimated and he and his team mate were a pleasure to work with. Only minor constructive feedback is if payment could be made available electronically. had to pay with a physical check but Tim was kind enough to forego collecting onsite and allowed me to mail to him.

Tim Jackson has done good quality work for my fiancé in San Francisco, so he suggested I find him on Angie's List, and here we are. It turns out that because there is so much work for him in SF, Tim doesn't take jobs further out, like Daly City, where I live. However, the reason I'm writing this review is because, since he couldn't take the job, Tim recommended another handyman, Mark Young, who it turns out my fiancé has also had good experiences with. Mark is coming out to give me a quote on the work, and I'd like to make it public how impressed I am that Tim didn't just turn me down and instead pointed me to a good replacement for him. Thanks, Tim!

His work is great quality, and he's professional and reliable. He was able to get more done than we expected. As an added bonus he touched-up some scuffs on our bamboo floors and they looked as good as new when he was done.

I was very unhappy with the work. They left a mess, did not clean up behind themselves. The shelf was installed (and cut) backwards - given that it was already painted on the edge, and now was cut and nailed in....I had to paint the outer edge. Then there was the cultural problem....I don't need to hire the white man to tell the brown man how to do the work!

Tim is the consummate professional: fast, thorough, efficient and highly skilled. He arrived on time, performed the work as discussed and completed the job in less time than predicted. Considering the number of people I had at my house that day it was quite an accomplishment and the cost was reasonable. I would trust Tim with any job.

I have a few larger projects I would like have done around my apartment in the future and will definitely contact Tim for his services. Both him and his partner were incredibly prompt and professional, friendly, and neat. They cleaned up as they went and made sure that everything was in order before they left. The shelves are stable and sturdy - exactly what I needed done. I would highly recommend Tim's services.
