They were very professional.  They did the work in a timely manner and did an excellent job with the clean up.

Thuan did a great job. He was prompt, he came himself with one other person, and they worked together and did the job just as he described they would. The back yard was a total mess (trumpet vine, dead and alive, everywhere), and I wanted everything cleared out. Thuan took a day, did the job, and left with everything removed and everything clean. Perfect!

Very good service and quality, but a bit expensive. I will use Thuan again.

Thuan is knowledgeable about plants and trees but his crew is not so detail oriented. They did a thorough job on the cleanup and hauled away the waste and cleaned up thoroughly. The montly visits were hard to schedule (our yard is behind townhouses, we have to be home) and thuan made appointments he did not honor a few times. That was a big problem for us. Also, I was looking forward to Thuan's advice about the roses on the monthly maintenance visits as they were not doing well, but he was in and out so quickly I did not have a chance to talk with him. They also bought and used a ton of weedkillers w/o telling us (we have a dog) and sent the bill with next invoice for products I wouldn't like to use w/o keeping dog off the yard for days. his crew also pulled up plants that i had just put in w/o consulting if they were new or weeds! I was willing to give a chance again and figured i should communicate with him in detail upon arrival, but he canceled 2 more times on me so we will not try him again.

I needed someone to put in a watering system for a difficult to reach garden. Thuan came over with his workers and did an amazing job, including adding a drip system for my 3rd story window boxes (which wasn't even in the original estimate) for no extra charge. The landscaping and tree trimming were first rate. In the 14 years of living in an old house that has needed a lot of work, Thuan is one of the absolute best people I have hired. He is also a very friendly, cheerful guy and treats his worker with respect which I liked as well.

He was thorough, cheerful, generous with advice about my deck and yard, and did a great job all around. Cleaned up all the junk in the backyard and took extra stuff from my garage at no extra charge. Washed underneath my deck and used a blower in the garage.

He provided excellent service at a very reasonable price. The tree was cleared from my yard, all of the debris was hauled, the hole was filled and sod was placed over the site. I was very pleased with the service.

Excellent. The work was done quickly, on time, on budget. Several problems came up but they dealt with them on the fly. Mr Thuan and his workers were all extremely polite and hard-working.

Thuan came out and gave an estimate on a Saturday, and suggested that if he did the work, he would come on a street cleaning day to avoid problems with cars parked in front of the tree. His initial estimate was $45 more than another one that I received, and he was willing to come down in the price. I had a nice conversation with him when he came out and preferred to give him the work. I didn't need to be present during the job, and he called me while working to make sure that he was doing the pruning to my specifications. He did a very good job.

Thuan Tran (the owner) was easy to reach, responsive, and friendly. He came out to do the estimate when he promised and followed through on his commitments. In terms of the olive tree replacement, he suggested the best way to plant the tree and did a good job with the replanting. Unfortunately, the olive tree they selected (from the nursery) is not a very nice one. I am hoping it will fill out as it grows. They then removed the dirt around four olive trees and planted ground cover that I selected (Dragon's Blood Sedum). Again, they did a thorough job with the cleaning and an effective job with the planting. Unfortunately, I noticed afterward that they planted the wrong ground cover. The nursery gave them a sister plant, which I am not happy about. I never contacted Thuan about replacing it though. While I think Thuan's crew did a competent job with the work, I don't believe he has extensive knowledge about plants that may be required.

I left a message for Thuan on a Tuesday, stating that I needed an "in-person" estimate, and that I was only available on Tuesdays. (I didn't expect a call-back that day.) He called the next Tuesday and came by. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, discussed the project with me, and gave me the estimate, setting a day the next week to do the work. He called several days before that date to ask if he could move it UP one day (first time that's happened to me)! I agreed and his crew did the work on the agreed date. I was not at home during the work. Thuan called one time to ask if it was OK to trim the front of the holly trees to match the top and back to make the overall effect more pleasing. I agreed. That night when I returned home, there was no sign that anyone had been there, except the trees were beautifully trimmed exactly as discussed. The cleanup was that good. Regarding the price, it seemed comparable to some work I had done last year by Costello.

He and his crew were great. They were fast, clean, and showed up on time with receipts for supplies. He's also great to work with and very responsive. Showed up for an estimate the same day I called!! I'll work with him again.

I contacted him, and he tried to problem solve with me over the phone. He was very willing to give me an appointment, but didn't end up needing it. After our conversation, it was decided that it didn't sound like the pipes, and I continued to trouble shoot. He was very helpful over the phone!

We're very happy with him. My husband is very picky about gardeners, and he really likes this company.

I HAD SEVERAL COMPANIES BID FOR THIS JOB, THEY WERE LOWEST IN PRICE. THEY REALLY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. THE YARD ALWAYS LOOKS BEAUTIFUL WITH ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPE OF FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS.
