I had The Steam Team clean upholstered furniture for me a year ago and
they did an excellent job so when I needed carpets cleaned in a newly
purchased condo, I called Jim immediately and made an appointment.
The condo is on the first floor (rear) but the first floor sits above the
garage area so it was a somewhat tricky getting the equipment into the
condo.  Jim figured it out and did a great job cleaning the three
bedrooms, living room and hallway.  There were stains left from the
previous owner that Jim was able to remove.  Jim uses organic and
biodegradable cleaning supplies that leaves the carpeting looking and
smelling fresh and clean. 
Jim, himself, is punctual, professional and certainly knows the products he
uses and how to use them to their greatest effect. 
We also received a discount because the condo was empty.
I will certainly call The Steam Team again.

Big waste of money!

Jim from The Steam Team was extremely prompt. We discussed the stains and general appearance of the carpeting. He gave me some carpet cleaner for spot cleaning and showed me how to use it. He went to work and completed the job in 2 hours. The carpet dried overnight. It is extremely clean and bright. Looks great.

I would definitely call them again. I like their prices. I find them reasonable. They give you a lot of professional information about carpet care. They are very friendly. It was like we knew them after a couple of times. They gave us products for free the first time they came out.

Arrived on time. Provided a very thorough explanation of work to be done. Actual price turned out to be lower than estimated after rooms were measured. Excellent job. Offered suggestions and recommendations on carpet care.

I was very impressed with the final results. Ofer Kolton took the time to explain every step that he would do to remove the difficult stain. He tried a weaker method and when that didn't work so he explained that he would try something stronger but that it might damage the carpet. The wine stain was all but removed. He was very careful with our furniture and put plastic under the legs and moved the smaller items himself. I had actually two chairs to be cleaned. He suggested that he clean one first and if it came out well then he would do the other one. The chair looked great and I liked the fact the he was conscientious of saving me money. I am having him come back to clean the other one soon.

They were efficient and thorough. The technician explained the treatment of stains and the wearing process to give me realistic expectations.

THEY ARE A GREAT ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIENCE COMPANY. THEY USE ORGANIC CLEANING SUPPLIES AND THEY MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IS BIO-DEGRADABLE. I USE THEM AT LEAST FOUR TIMES A YEAR.

I REALLY LOVE THIS COMPANY AND THEIR SERVICE. I WAS CHARGED BY THE SQUARE FOOTAGE OF MY ROOMS. THE PRICING IS VERY AFFORDABLE. MY FLOORS ALWAYS LOOK NEW WHEN THEY ARE FINISHED.
