We utilized the Clean Team for about two years for our house cleaning.  The team was pretty ok.  Cleaned the standard things: bathroom, kitchen, changed sheets, swept/mopped.  We needed to provide "suggestions" everyone month or so to ensure things really were cleaned. For example, the small window in the bathroom was getting dustier and dustier.  Wouldn't wipe it off until we finally left a not asking them to clean it.  But once we'd pointed out the area needing cleaning, they would keep up on it from that point on.
However, the management team just could not return a phone call. If we'd try to reschedule a week, it usually involved at least 2-5 phone calls. If we left messages, none were ever returned.  Whenever my husband or I would get a live person, they usually could not make a decision (as in, they could not access the calendar and needed to call us back about rescheduling).  We almost never received a call back.  They really need to work on their customer service, or higher an assistant a few hours a day to return calls and such.

My experience was good. They were pleasant and very prompt. They were professional. They were good about scheduling appointments. Their pricing was really good as well.

They are fabulous.  They come twice a month.

I would use them again.

I like that they do a really thorough job.  They are friendly.  It is a family business.  So you pretty much know everybody that comes to your home.  They have never hidden anything.  My only complaint is that sometimes things get kind of hidden in places in the sense that they like to have a clean surface and so they might put something in the drawer.  So you have to reorganize that like with all cleaners.  Other than that they are great.  They always come through.

Overall, the service we receive is outstanding.

They came over a few days before to give me an estimate.  The crew showed up on the scheduled date and completely cleaned everything.  The hardwood floors were thoroughly mopped, the carpets had been dry cleaned (they look brand new), and the bathrooms were spotless.  They cleaned the outside patios, the fireplace, inside of the oven, microwave, refrigerator, all the closets, and inside all the kitchen & bathroom cabinets.  They cleaned the windows too.  The place was spotless.  The only negative was that they went a bit over what the original estimate was.  Other than that, it was a great experience.

They and their equipment come on Mondays every other week. they immediately get to work - one team member does the kitchen and the downstairs hall. Another member does the two bathrooms. And the third does the living room, dining room, den, and upstairs hall. They use safe products and workmanship.
