Very well. After researching several contractors, I selected Terence McMahon Construction, and found Terry McMahon to be professional and responsive. He and his subs completed the job as scheduled. When issues arose, he promptly dealt with them and maintained communication lines. The bathroom remodel involved a total rebuild of a large bathroom including expanding the shower, dry wall, electrical, new tiling, countertop and flooring, and painting. The job was performed in a tidy manner with daily clean up and sheeting to protect my home. The electrical sub-contractor notified me prior to bid submission of required code upgrades, which were incorporated into the bid, avoiding potential change orders. New ceiling lighting and hardwired smoke detectors also were installed in other parts of my home.
