TELECENTER

When I went to the store, I spent some time on my own looking at the showroom models. Then Warren at Telecenter spent time with me describing the features of the various appliances that I expressed an interest in. In some instances, he gave his opinion on the merits of a model over another. He explained manufacturer's rebates; delivery; connections; disposal fees, etc. Warren gave a quantity discount because of the multiple purchases that I made. Overall, I found Warren to be knowledgeable, attentive, and responsive. After I had purchased the fridge, I changed my mind about the model I wanted. Warren worked with me to ensure that I got the fridge that I wanted. It cost more than my original choice, but it works better with my kitchen layout. My goods were delivered in two trips (per my request) and Sergio and his partner were punctual, friendly, clean and fast.

The salesman was very helpful in showing us the various models and describing the differences. The price was the best I had seen and included free delivery. The delivery guys came during the promised time window, installed the machines, and tested them. There was a problem with the washer. With no prompting from me, they said they would swap it out for another one immediately. Sure enough, 30 minutes later they were back with another washer in perfect working order. I've never had as good a delivery experience in my life!

I had already decided on 40" Sony XBR high-def LCD TV. Salesman Harold was low-pressure, gave lower price than "big box" stores. Wouldn't quote price over phone though. Very pleased with my purchase, including free delivery to San Francisco. I also bought several GE kitchen appliances from Telecenter years ago.

JEFF WAS HELPFUL IN ANSWERING ALL OF MY QUESTIONS. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE UNIT AND MY CONCERNS ABOUT HOW IT WOULD WORK WITH HD CHANNELS AND MOVIES. WE ENDED UP PICKING OUT THE SONY 50" LCD UNIT. AN AWESOME UNIT IF I DO SAY SO MYSELF.
