He was great and very professional. I thought he would rather not work with other companies at the same time and preferred to have full control of the whole thing, which is probably for him a good thing.

We were in the process of selling our condo, and we needed Paul to fix up our patio (700sf) in preparation for the sale. Paul came over, quickly checked out what was needed, and made a couple of suggestions (one was a sealing product which would make the tiles shine better for presentation). We agreed on the start date and then he started. He starts very early, and replacing some of the older or aged tiles was noisy, but ended up getting the tiles replaced within 1 day. He also fixed up some of the older and overgrown plants, replacing them with younger, nice plants which would present better in an Open House. Since the tiles needed one full day to cure, and returned 2 days later to clean. This took about 1 hour. The sealing needed to dry and cure for, again, 24 hours, and he came back 2 days later to seal the tiles with the high-gloss sealant. This was a fairly short process; it only took about 2 hours. Everything was done quickly, and Paul made sure to clean up after himself and his team. All-in-all, given the work performed, and the purpose of the work needed, Paul really came through and gave us a patio which would help complement our condo for sale. I would definitely use Paul's landscaping business again.

Paul was very good at contacting me back quickly to set up an appointment. He was VERY prompt (i.e., 5 minutes early), and made a thorough check of the patio. He had numerous questions regarding design and implementation, budget, and construction (of fountain, utility chest, and fencework). I believe he delivered his quote within a couple of days, and the design concept one day afterward. He set a target date to begin work. His team were very efficient; I believe the total number of days for completing the full project was about 11 days (spread out over mostly the month of December, partly due to the weather and partly due to needing the tiles to be completely dried before starting on the landscape work). Paul was very considerate of my request to have pet-friendly plants only, and went through a list of about 20 plants with me. The final work product was very impressive. We still use the patio a lot not just for entertainment, but almost as an outside room. I would highly recommend Paul's work.

Paul was accessible, easy to work with and helpful. he stayed exactly to his quoted price, and did the work in the amount of time that was estimated (even finishing a few days early). he gave a very helpful summary of the systems he installed, along with care instructions for the yard so that we can keep it looking great. Paul is very straight-forward and kept us up to speed on progress and what was happening, while still being very calm and professional.

we love the space now, and are spending a lot more time enjoying our back yard.

They are excellent! Our house is four levels, so the gutters can be difficult to access. However, they always bring the correct equipment for the job. They are very quick, incredibly thorough, and I'm happy with their service.

They came in about twice as high as the company I ended up using.

Great job. I called at 5:30 in the afternoon and he was on the job the next morning. He cleaned the roof and the gutters and left me an invoice in the mailbox.

Paul's estimate was $400.00 less than his nearest competitor. There were no hidden charges at the end of the job. He arrived on the day he said he would be there, did his work promptly and efficiently, and cleaned up after he was finished!! The painters who were going to paint my house after the gutters were replaced said he did an excellent job. I would recommend Paul to anyone who needs gutter replacement!!!!!

We had a gardener that took care of the garden and trees when we bought the house. He had to leave because he had some heath issues. I went on an Asian website that provided services for the Asian community and found a couple of people. I decided to go with Tamate who is an older gentleman. He explained what he was going to do and also gave me an idea of the price. He has been with us for 9 years and we use him once or twice a year. We have a Japanese designed garden with a lot of bonsai and large avocado trees. He climbs way up into the trees and I don t know how he manages do that at his age. He is a wonderful person to have around. He spends the whole day here and does everything and it looks great and he does not take any initiative without checking with us. He also teaches me about the trees and the things I need to keep an eye on. One year, I lost my job and found it difficult to pay out another $800. I told him to focus on the large trees and he completely understood. He told me what are the things I would need to do with the little ones and I appreciated that. He had the whole garden done again the next time he came and I feel that my trees are in good hands. The price is justified and well worth the time and service he provides.

Paul returned my original phone call within a day and scheduled an appointment for two days later. He showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. His charge of $300 was reasonable. Will have to wait for the next big rain to see if he solved the problem.

Paul was very prompt and professional. He gave me a quote for $300 over the phone and was at my house within hours when my gutter was leaking during heavy rains. When he discovered a hole in one part of the gutter, he replaced it within the same day.

Paul was able to come out to the house, before I left for work. Provided an estimate of work necessary. Completed the work in a timely manner, and it cost exactly what he estimated it would be.
