There is a fee for ticket brokering. The fee is based on a percentage of how much you are trying to sell your ticket at. We use them because it seems like it is a widely used website. There are a lot of buyers and sellers on it, and it is easy to operate.

When I went to print the tickets, for which we paid $150 + fees, they are seats that cost $49.50. They are in the "nosebleed" section. I didn't research the company beforehand; I thought I was buying tickets comparable to the price we paid. In fact, I'm still surprised that this would even be legal. I am disappointed, angry and embarrassed. Totally got ripped off.

Very simple. I wanted baseball tickets, reviewed what was available, sent my cc number and printed the ticket. They were exactly what was offered, and the entire activity was less than 10 minutes. I have used SubHub move than 10 times in the past, and it always works exactly as described.

They really set us up! Although it was expensive, they provided transportation to and from the game, had a party including food, alcohol, face painting, games, pictures, and meet and greets. We met several professional players there that were future and current hall of famers. To add to it, if you spend a certain amount on tickets, you get a percentage back. I've gone to a couple events for free since the game. I would highly recommend for a big ticket event!

Hard tickets arrived well before the event as promised. Repeated follow-up emails from StubHub giving directions and allowing for recovery if something went amiss. But the tickets worked perfectly and the show was fantastic.
