Glass and Mirror Service
The company does the work for my HoA/building, so it made sense to call them. They came and took measurements (within days) for the screen and serviced the window. Because I can leave the key with the doorman, I was not at home.
I came back, the window did not open at all anymore (was just a little bit hard to open before the came) and they had taken down the blinds, put them on the guest bed, and just left them.
I called back and they said the window 'just got stuck', I kind of had that figured out. They told me they would come out the next day and never showed, nor called. I had to call back. That happened one more time! Telling me that would come that day and never show up nor call. Absolutely unacceptable.
When I told one of our doormen, he called, and then finally the came to fix the window.
