Slava was able to look at both my washing machine and our refrigerator / freezer and give me an accurate assessment of what was wrong in a very clear and decisive manner. It turned out that our washing machine was toast and we needed a new one. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get our ice maker working again. He was extremely knowledgeable (easily able to take pieces apart, comment on how old the appliances were, particularities of specific brands, etc.) and while he was there he also looked at my stove top and my oven. He knows a lot about all different kinds of brands, was VERY knowledgeable and professional. The price was very reasonable.
I really enjoyed having Slava help me and will DEFINITELY use him again in the future.
