Great job at an extremely competitive price. The team was courteous, professional and kept the site clean. The quality was very good with no missed spots or blemishes. I have changed my mind about the color of garage door panels during painting and they repainted for a small extra fee. In my experience contractors tend to charge a lot for modifications, as they know you can't hire anyone else for a small job, but Sam's pricing is very reasonable. He also responds promptly to emails.

Good team, professional, responsive, careful and kept things very neat during the job. As with all contracts make sure that you and the contractor agree on all the details before signing the contract. I failed to note something that needed to be painted and they agreed to do it at cost which I really appreciated.

I had to mention a couple of over looked unfinished broblem spots. They were taken care of. Great communication. A good job.

Sourdough was neat and clean, prompt, efficient, and pleasant to deal with. The owner even came to our rescue by doing an unexpected last minute piece of work himself because it was too small to pull any of his guys off their other jobs. This required that he visit us three separate days to allow drying between coats. He charged only a small amount for this much appreciated add-on. I felt very taken care of.

Sam was extremely conscientious in executing anything we asked. His workmanship was excellent. We will certainly use him again in the future.

We have used Sam and his crew twice now on a large Condo building in San Francisco. They did a great job both times. He is vey personable,and the crew were always on time and knew what they were doing.

My house looks great! They helped me out at no extra charge with a bad door that needed the hardware replaced. They were very clean and took extra care not to damage nearby automobiles, fixtures and landscaping. I highly recommend them.
