I'd give them an "A" overall and for everything except a "B" for price. I like the fact we know the owners and it seems better if there is any recall work or something that happens they up on everything. They are more expensive but I think it's better in the long run.

I'd give them all "A's". I have a maintenance contract with them, the price was good. I would use them again in the future.

They quote the time and they are generally on time. They are nice and friendly. They try to upsell things you don't need. It's quite expensive. They are good.

It's a good place. They do everything really well. They give me good recommendations and tell me how much brakes I have left. I compare them to other places I've been to, and they are the most competent. The price is average. It's higher than Atlanta and Fresno.

I have been very happy with them. They are very good; I can get right in and they get right on with things. I haven't had any problems with their not fixing something or whatever, and when they make recommendations like the tires need replacement, they don't push you. It's more like, this is the information and you are intelligent enough to make a decision about it. Some car dealers try to scare you about things that need to be fixed, but I've never had that problem with Toyota. And they have a nice waiting room where you can wait for the car to be fixed. I take my car in about every four months.

It was a wonderful experience. They were extremely knowledgeable, wonderfully friendly, and there were no obnoxious pressure. We were there for a couple of hours because it takes so much paperwork and they gave us tea and coffee. It was a great deal and they even gave us extended discounts on warranties.

I spent a lot of time on a Saturday with Sammy Lee, the internet sales person. We looked at lots of used Toyotas and Scions. I didn't find anything I liked so Sammy suggested we look at some 2012 Scions he had. Not only were they on sale but they also came with 2 years free maintenance. So we looked at his and quot;stashand quot; of Scions and I was pretty impressed. We went back to the office and discussed the price and trade-in, etc. I told him I wasn't going to buy a car that day. That I had to go and think over everything and get my information together. They tried to keep me at the dealership but not a real and quot;hard sell.and quot; I promised I'd check back with Sammy on Tuesay. I did get back to Sammy and we arranged for me to purchase the car on Thursday. In the meantime, the amount they offerred me for my trade increased which made it much easier to trade it it and not have to sell it myself. Anyway, the paperwork went pretty smoothly and I was able to resist the extra pitches for goods and so by 4:00 that day I was the proud owner of a 2012 Scion xD. Sammy sat with me in the car and we went over all the details and he set up my bluetooth connection for my phone. Great dealership. I'll be back.

We bought our car there and took it in for maintenance for the first time. They are very flexible for scheduling. You can drop it off early in the morning. The shop is clean and they are very professional.

I think they are very good. They are very clean, quick and there is a nice comfortable waiting room. You can bring your car in when you have appointment or as a walk-in. Only once could they not see me right away. They are very friendly and positive.

They were wonderful, excellent customer service. They had an invitation to all the new Toyota owners on the weekend for two hours of orientation. They talked about Toyota as a company, and then proceeded to teach everyone everything about the car they purchased. Everyone was allowed to ask any questions and there were no "dumb" questions. It was wonderful, I have spoken to many people about this and no one else has gotten this type of service before.
