S & W ELECTRIC INC

Originally I was extremely pleased with the work. The price was very reasonable and I contacted them at the least minute while I was in the middle of a remodeling project to do some unanticipated electrical work. A few years later I found that there were some shortcuts they took that they probably should not have: shared neutrals even though there were circuits to bedrooms which means that it's not possible to install AFCI. Also, the layout of some of the new circuits does not make sense. I do remember now that the contractor was convincing the inspector that the AFCI was not necessary for the bedrooms. A lot of this could just be some misunderstandings on my part and until recently I would definitely have used S & W again. What changed my mind is that I've been trying to contact them about doing some more work for me and I keep getting promised next month or that they will call but they never do. I also found out that their license is currently suspended. Not a good thing.
