They are a mixed bag. They fixed it but it took forever. It actually ended up taking a week, but I talked to them about the delay in case I have future work done and they were receptive to the situation.

THEY ARE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE IN PRICE AND THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT TOO!
