I was delighted that he comes to Mountain View from San Francisco. He came a few days after I called, measured carefully, gave me an written estimate. The shelves came from manufacturing in about three weeks but I wasn't available for another week. He came at the agreed time, removed two shelves and installed four. They are rated to hold 100 lbs. Expert work, no mess, look wonderful, met my approval. They roll easily and have rims so things don't fall out. The shelves are a little smaller than the ones removed due to bracing on the sides. He said he could put more shelves in the space or adjust height if I change my mind. I think he takes no plastic but checks.

Perry was punctual for his appointments to look at the job, give an estimate, and on the day of installation. On the day for the free estimate, he explained how he makes the products, showed me examples of his work and explained how long the job would take. His price was reasonable and he was very straightforward that I did not bother to get the usual three estimates from contractors before signing a contract.
I feel I made the correct decision to hire him. I am pleased with my roll out shelves and new drawers. His work is excellent and I am enjoying the convenience of the roll out shelves.
